What Anxiety Really Looks Like in Everyday Life
  • Your heart races over things that shouldn’t matter.
    A message. A look. A notification. A meeting request.
  • You replay conversations long after they’re over.
Even small ones keep looping in your head for hours.
  • You assume you did something wrong — always.
    Even when nothing happened.
  • Your body is tense even when you’re safe.
Chest tightness, shallow breathing, knots in your stomach.
  • You expect bad news before you even open a message.
Every “we need to talk” feels like danger.
  • You avoid calls, decisions, or tasks because they feel too big.
Even simple things drain your energy.
  • You can’t relax, because your mind never stops.
It jumps from one fear to the next without permission.
  • You overthink every choice.
What to say. What to write. What someone meant. What could go wrong.
  • You get overwhelmed by things other people handle easily.
    Schedules, responsibilities, unexpected changes.
  • You feel like something bad is always “about to happen.”
    Even when nothing is wrong.
  • You can’t just “be present.”
Your mind is always in the future imagining disasters.
  • You get exhausted from holding yourself together.
It feels like you’re managing your emotions 24/7.
What You Can Expect From the Anxiety Release Experience
  • Your body stops reacting like you're in danger.
Your heart doesn’t race when your boss calls you in, your stomach doesn’t twist before sending a simple message, and you stop waking up with that tightness in your chest.
  • Your mind stops spiraling automatically.
You don’t replay conversations ten times, don’t assume the worst when someone texts “we need to talk,” and you can finally fall asleep without your brain inventing disasters.
  • Your reactions become calm and controlled.
You don’t snap during stress, don’t shut down in conflict, and don’t lose your entire day because of one small problem — you handle things without your emotions taking over.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This is not a course.
This is 1:1 personal work, where we look for the real hidden reason your anxiety shows up.
During the session, we:
  • find the hidden trigger in your subconscious that turns your anxiety on, using a unique guided method that goes deeper than any other method you’ve ever tried
  • release that trigger, so your anxiety stops turning on by itself
  • and once the trigger is gone, the calm, peace, and confidence that were blocked by it start to come back on their own
  • download the important lesson your soul was trying to give you, so this old problem doesn’t come back again
You don’t need to prepare or learn anything.
You just show up. I guide you through everything step by step.
After the session, you get a very small homework —
a tiny daily practice (just a few minutes)
that helps your mind and body stay in the new calm state.
The most common feedback I get is: “I finally feel like myself again.”
Many people notice the shift right during the session.
WHY YOU CAN’T DO IT ON YOUR OWN
Most people try to fix anxiety with willpower, thinking, journaling, or “being mindful.”
But anxiety doesn’t live in your thinking mind.
It lives in the subconscious — the part of you that reacts automatically, before you even understand what’s happening.
Here’s the real reason self-fixing doesn’t work:
1. The subconscious hides the trigger from you on purpose.Years ago, something unpleasant or overwhelming happened.
You may not remember it at all — and that’s not your fault.
Your subconscious protects you by pushing the emotional trigger out of awareness, so the memory doesn’t hurt.
But if you can’t see it,
you can’t release it.
That’s why simply “thinking differently” or “trying to calm down” doesn’t change the reaction.

2. The subconscious is illogical — you cannot reason with it.It operates on emotion, sensation, and stored reactions, not logic.
You can’t “figure out” the trigger.
You can’t “understand it away.”
You can’t “talk yourself out of it.”
Because the part reacting is not the part thinking.
And you can’t guide yourself inside the very system that is hiding the trigger.
It’s like trying to do surgery on yourself — you’re too close to the problem to see it.

3. The trigger is buried deeper than any coping tool can reach.Breathwork, affirmations, journaling, grounding…
They help temporarily.
But they don’t touch the root.
To release the automatic anxiety response,
someone trained must guide you to the place you cannot access alone.
This is not because you’re weak.
It’s because the subconscious mind is designed to protect, not reveal.
HOW THIS ACTUALLY WORKS
Every anxiety has its own trigger. At some point long ago, something unpleasant happened — for example, you were scolded as a child — and the feeling from that moment got stuck inside you. That feeling is what still turns your anxiety on today.

For the anxiety to go away, we need to find that original feeling and dissolve it completely. I can do this using the Benefactor Method — a technique that allows us to locate and pull out what is usually hidden and inaccessible.

When we remove that painful root event, it stops affecting you, and you finally feel a calm that cannot be created by effort.

And most importantly, when that first emotional knot is reset, it’s not only the anxiety that changes. Your reactions change, your decisions change, your confidence changes, your relationships with yourself and others shift, and your ability to act, choose, and move forward expands.

Because we aren’t working on the surface — we are changing the actual mechanism that has been running your life from the inside for many years.
ABOUT ME
Jenya Steinberg
helping people stop the automatic reactions that run their lives.
For seven years, she has been working on the level where anxiety, tension, and emotional triggers actually begin — helping clients release them so they no longer control how they feel or act.

Her approach is very different from anything most people have tried.
Instead of analyzing the past or talking through symptoms, Jenya works with the subconscious “switch” that turns anxiety on in the first place. When this switch resets, the body stops overreacting, the mind stops spiraling, and everyday situations finally feel manageable again.

Jenya has trained around the world in modern subconscious and no-contact hypnosis techniques, learning how to safely deactivate deep emotional patterns. Hundreds of people have already experienced relief through her work — often after trying many other methods without results.

If anxiety has been running your life, Jenya’s method shows you what’s possible when the reaction finally stops running you.
